Linkitall (LIA) is seeking an Instructor to support workforce development by delivering comprehensive training programs for client's personnel. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leading-edge technology to deliver mission-centric professional services.

Position: Instructor
Location: Leesburg, VA
Position Type: Part-time

Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person and/or virtual training programs to federal employees on key topics, including customer service, professional communication, workplace resilience, and constructive feedback.
Facilitate training using a variety of instructional strategies and adult learning methodologies in accordance with relevant training guidelines and agency objectives.
Customize course materials and instructional content to reflect the mission, policies, and unique challenges of public sector service.
Ensure high levels of learner engagement and retention through interactive activities, real-world scenarios, and peer learning opportunities.
Conduct needs assessments, collect training feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine training content.
Maintain training documentation and assist with required government reporting, metrics, and program evaluations.
Stay current on trends in federal employee development, human capital policies, and soft skills training approaches.
Serve as a role model and advocate for civil service values, ethical conduct, and high performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience delivering employee training in a federal, state, or local government environment.
Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional delivery, and facilitation of soft skills topics.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of a government organization.
Experience working in diverse, inclusive, and mission-driven environments.
Certifications such as ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Train-the-Trainer, or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) are preferred.
Familiarity with LMS platforms is highly preferred.
