ITAM Technical Architect
Full Time • Fully Remote - US
We are seeking an ITAM Technical Architect for one of our clients. This is 100% remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite and virtual technical workshops with customer stakeholders.
- Work with customers to gather technical requirements.
- Develop and present technical solutions and recommendations.
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
- Create and deliver technical documentation.
- Act as technical lead for ServiceNow ITAM engagements.
Requirements:
- Deep technical background with implementation experience across a variety of environments/customers.
- Must have at least two full-lifecycle HAM Pro implementations as lead Architect.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical architect in the ServiceNow space.
- Experience leading ServiceNow engagements and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Experience designing scalable, high-quality ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- CIS-HAM and CIS-SAM certifications are highly preferred.
