JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking experienced Software/Application Developers to design and implement ITSM solutions. Ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge of software development, IT services, and enterprise systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        • Design and develop ITSM application frameworks.

·        • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.

·        • Implement and support software enhancements.

·        • Lead code integration and system testing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

·        • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

·        • 10+ years of experience in ITSM solution development.

·        • IAT III Certification (e.g., CISSP).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
