Position Title: Lead Developer – Computer Programmer 3

Location: Remote 

Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret

 

Position Overview:
Analyze and design business applications, develop computer software, test/debug/refine programs, support operators, prepare documentation, and lead efforts to improve software efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Analyze applications/design specs, create diagrams, and develop software

·       Test and debug software products

·       Resolve basic operating problems

·       Prepare documentation and instructions for operators

·       Enhance software for efficiency

·       Lead and organize WebFOCUS projects and support GUI/text editor platforms

Required Qualifications:

·       BS in Computer Science (or equivalent)

·       Eight (8) years programming experience (Java, SQL, JavaScript); five (5) years WebFOCUS; three (3) years ESRI/geo mapping

·       Five (5) years Business Intelligence; three (3) years GIS solutions

·       Strong knowledge of system integration (GIS, BI), reporting formats, ETL process

·       Experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, modern web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Perl, XML/JSON/YAML

·       TS security clearance
