UiPath Solution CoE - Solution Engineer, Designer & Developer

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Automation Solution Designer & Developer to join our team at IT Partners, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective and scalable automation solutions tailored to meet client needs. You will combine your design thinking and development expertise to create processes that enhance operational efficiency and drive transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design
    • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design viable automation solutions.
    • Create detailed process documentation, including flow diagrams and functional specifications.
    • Design user interfaces and experience flow for automation applications.
  • Development & Implementation
    • Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using industry-leading RPA and automation platforms.
    • Integrate automation solutions with existing business applications and data sources.
    • Implement best practices for coding, documentation, and testing of automation solutions.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
    • Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define requirements and gather feedback.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented automation solutions post-deployment. 
  • Training & Documentation
    • Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to promote solution adoption.
    • Document processes, architecture, and technical specifications for all automation solutions.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation design and development.
  • Proficiency in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and advanced programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with system integration, API management, and data handling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $190,000.00 per year
