About the Role
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using industry-leading RPA technologies. This role requires US citizenship due to clearance requirements and mandates both UiPath Associate Certification and Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate Certification. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support business transformation through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze existing processes and propose automation-driven improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot and support deployed bots, ensuring reliable and efficient performance.
• Monitor bot performance in production and handle exceptions or enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, compliance, and internal governance standards.
• Work remotely with team members across departments to support automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Certifications (Mandatory):
o UiPath Associate Certification (UiPath Certified Professional – Automation Developer Associate)
o Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate RPA tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Must be a US Citizen (for security clearance requirements).
